Mosaics
Each growing up in different areas of England and forming in the city of Lincoln, Mosaics established themselves in the Lincolnshire scene with their take on British alternative rock. Combining indie/shoegaze guitar expression with a complementary hard-hitting rock 'n' roll rhythm, Mosaics bring a raw energy to the stage reminiscent of The Amazons and the Stereophonics. 'Wish I Was Here' tries to capture the feeling of their generation: increasing scepticism about the future. Frontman Owen Paul describes the EP as "a love letter to being in your early twenties. You have no real idea what your future holds, everything is sensational. Most people I know cope the way they can at this stage, trying desperately to have a good time."

Amelia
I have composed a piece of organ music. This composition is more about ambience than using a melody and harmony. I will be using the stops on the organ and the acoustics of the church I am performing in to help me achieve the effect I want to create. I have used a mixture of held chords – where some notes stay the same while others move around them, as my first and last sections of the piece. The middle sections is similar but one hand has a winding ‘melody’ like line to break up the two outer sections (where I can change my registration to create a different effect) This composition will be one of three pieces I will be performing in the church during the Nebula festival
